SIOE endeavours to create a relaxed informal setting to discuss semiconductor opto-electronics research. The conference will be held at Cardiff University from 23rd to the 25th of April with the conference banquet, at Cardiff Castle, scheduled for the 24th of April.

The conference will bring together leading scholars, researchers, and professionals to share their ideas and research findings. Providing a unique opportunity for attendees to network and learn from each other, the research sessions will cover a wide range of topics, including semiconductor lasers, photonics, integrated circuits, optoelectronic devices, and many more.
