UK Lithography Day 2024

Our partner, Cardiff University, is hosting the UK Lithography Day, organised in collaboration with Inseto on 17^th April.

Bringing together lithography specialists from SUSS MicroTec, Cardiff University, Oxford Instruments Plasma Technology, A-Gas Electronic Materials and Raith Nanofabrication, this not-to-be-missed event will provide a forum to educate and inform delegates on the latest technologies, processes, materials and developments. In addition, the event will allow attendees to connect with other users from academia and industry, plus showcases the latest related research from the compound semiconductor cluster.
