CSconnected invited to the Wales Investor Showcase in Tokyo

29th April 2025

Last week CSconnected had the pleasure of attending the Wales Investor Showcase in Tokyo, hosted by Welsh Government. With a focus on green and digital transformation, from renewables to AI and compound semiconductors, the aim of the showcase was to generate new investment leads into Wales and identify Japanese contacts for the Investors Summit in Wales. As semiconductors sit at the heart of technologies shaping our future, the Tokyo showcase was a brilliant opportunity to highlight the strengths of Wales’s compound semiconductor cluster.

Representing CSconnected at the Wales Investor Showcase in Tokyo, Board Member Chris Meadows commented: “The Investor Showcase presented a great opportunity to discuss opportunities for further collaborations and partnerships between Japan and the Welsh semiconductor sector for a wide range of new and emerging technological applications.”

A big thank you to Welsh Government and the Institute of Science Tokyo for organising this great event.
