Social Media

When you contact us using private or direct messages via social media, i.e. Twitter and LinkedIn, your contact details and the contents of the message will be stored by the service provider and we may store the content of the message within our internal systems either in part or in full.

We may also analysis messages and monitor social media sites for sentiment and engagement analysis.

Events

As part of CSconnected Ltd remit we host online and offline events and workshops. We use two third party companies that allow us to manage our events data. In order to provide the relevant and necessary details to our event attendees both pre and post event, we also use Mailchimp and Wufoo. This information is provided in each of our event pages and an option to opt in is required – once consent is gathered, recipients are free to opt out at any point.

Due to the nature of our business, CSconnected Ltd regularly collaborates on events with organisations within the enabling technology sector. As a result of this, relevant attendee event data will be shared with our collaborators – consent from attendees is also required for this and is gathered at the point of attendees registering for events.

CSconnected Ltd may record and/or photograph events for live streaming online or repurposing in digital on our website and our Social Media.

We will seek consent in advance to provide the lawful basis for processing data, and at all times, will provide clear instruction on how you can opt-out of any photography or filming.
In return for access to the event, you consent to any such filming, photography and/or live streaming and to CSconnected Ltd in reproducing and publishing your words and/or likeness in any transcript of or publication relating to the event.

Photos and recordings contain personal data and will be protected and disposed of securely in accordance with data protection legislation.
If at any point you wish to withdraw your consent or request that CSconnected Ltd stops using your images/ records, please write to info@csconnected.

Children

Our website and services are not aimed specifically at children because we are a membership organisation for supporting business and accordingly, we do not collect data in relation to children.
